I offer two day-time, and two night-time postpartum packages so that your needs can be met according to your schedule. It takes a village to raise/care for a child, and would be honoured to be part of your team.

Daytime Care Packages
A foundational package for mothers seeking compassionate, essential support for a smooth journey through pregnancy and birth.
1. Tender Beginnings
Includes- 12 hrs of tender care (can be two 6hr visits or three 4hr visits)

Includes- 24 hrs of warm care (can be four 6hr visits or six 4hr visits)

Includes- 2 overnight support visits (8.5 hours each, 17 hrs total)

As a postpartum doula, I offer warm, steady support in the tender days and weeks after birth. Whether you need help with newborn care, breastfeeding or bottle-feeding, emotional support, or someone to hold the baby while you rest, I am here. I can advise you on nourishing foods for healing, tend to light household tasks, and offer herbal support to gently aid your recovery. My goal is to help you feel cared for, grounded, and never alone as you ease into this new season.
